We have a lot of work to do and the Father has prepared this time for us to get it done. Don't get caught up with the distractions of the World, because that's what they are meant to do, distract you from the important things that you should be doing, and there is a lot to do.

We're spending more time at home because that's where the work begins in our households, with our children and ourselves. Self care is imperative because without it we are of no use to ourselves, nor our families. Our children need us now more than ever, so we must have the right tools and resources in place to give them the best opportunities for their best future.

Mom - Dad, you must build a strong relationship with God because the Holy Spirit is waiting and willing to guide you to who?, what?, and where? - for time is of the essence; your self care is a vital part of this process and it must begin immediately!

Prayer and meditation is the best way I know to strengthen, maintain and sustain the most important relationship you can ever have, and you must include your children.

Get your college degree! A degree is a great way to discipline the mind, increase knowledge and understanding, and it's an Insurance policy for the what if's in life. What if I lost my job? If you find yourself in the job market again, (especially over the age of 40) how can you compete for the highest paying salaries without a degree? Keep learning with Certificates in specialized areas, knowledge is power in more ways than one.

Learn about finances and teach your children, because you must get this knowledge to manage your resources when they start to increase, and they will!

Stay informed about what's happening in the career market because as I see it, speaking Spanish is becoming more and more important so our children must know Spanish.

Also, stay informed of the housing market, pay attention to what's happening; because as I see it the cost of housing is increasing exponentially, which means a shift is slowly happening in our neighborhoods, this shift could drive out current homeowners by way of inticing them to sell for a hefty profit and could move the working class into renting because the cost to buy is too high, basically out of their reach, in spite of low interest rates.

God is speaking to us and he/she has a lot to say, so wake up and pay attention to what truly matters.

ABOUT ME>

Ms. Deborah Francis, aka Satori Kensho, Mystic and Founder.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa., and my Spiritual Journey began with my first encounter with the Holy Spirit at the age of 2, baptized and received Christ at the age of 8, and then again at the age of 42. I was raised a Christian, but I was a student of many religious beliefs. Curious to know how God was working through other religions, I've studied the Koran, Judaism, Buddhism, Kabbalah, Christian Science, and New Thought. I've also studied ancient texts such as the Kybalion, The Emerald Tablets of Hermes, and the Egyptian Book of the Dead. As a result of my studies, I rest in the teachings of Jesus Christ and acknowledge the Holy Trinity as governor of my life.

I've practiced many forms of Meditation for over 25 years, and I've learned that we are Spirits having a human experience, and each Spirit is in a different phase or stage of its evolution. Sow Good Seed is here to assist you on your Spiritual journey!

Thank you for visiting my website, and Be great today!
